The hotel was extremely well located with superb sea views. We were fortunate to stay in W12 which is an enormous suite with windows on three sides, a large flat screen tv and spacious bathroom. The staff, without exception, were friendly and efficient and made our stay an unforgettable experience.
The breakfasts were slightly let down by being a buffet affair, with hot food left standing. However I can see that with the large numbers being served it would have been impractical to cook each breakfast individually. This was compensated by the enormous choice and the friendliness and efficiency of all the waiting staff.
