No problems the hotel served it's purpose of budget hotel not - could have thrown in brekkie for free though ; - )Also buses into city take a bit longer than stated - quickest we managed was 25 mins...
Location in Portobello was excellent, for people who want value for money and don't mind being a bit further out of the city centre and like to see a beach/scenary. Hotel staff were friendly.
Room pretty small and chintzy, we were placed on the bottom floor right next to front door. Not bad though as was running marathon so grateful of no stairs. Booked in Feb, most places booked up already as b/hol w/end and marathon on - this was ideal as it was cheap and we didn't plan to spend much time at the hotel.
