We loved the hotel. The size of the room was much larger than we have come to expect in London. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, the restaurant and location on the Thames. The staff worked...
Lovely rooms. AC did not work properly in room but staff moved us to another room for second night. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff were helpful and seemed eager to make our staff a pleasure. Van to and from the tube made getting around easy. We would love to come again.
It sounded as if one or more of the buildings could improve on the AC performance.
