We had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the facilities, the comfort of our room and the breakfast. We were pleased that after an evening out we were able to return to the relaxing hotel bar...
Easy booking, courteous and efficient staff, and spacious, comfortable and well equipped room. We would have no hesitation in booking again at the Novotel London South.
The only negative experience we had was finding the hotel. The online directions were very inadequate, and after we came out of London Bridge station at the specified exit, we had no idea which way to go. Unfortunately we chose the wrong direction, and ending up walking down Southwark Bridge Road as far as Elephant and Castle!It would have been helpful if the directions had specified 'turn right,' 'turn left' or 'go straight across the road to Thrale Street and turn right at the end',(the correct route.) This would have been all that was needed to get us to the hotel in 5 minutes.
