Very enjoyable stay
The Gentleman that was working on Thursday 20th Aug on the night shift was extreamely helpful, he is a credit to your staff.
Lots of minor points:We arrived at 8pm on Sunday but the call box to reception for entry to locked car park is confusingly labelled Hotel Bristol still. Hot coffee not out at breakfast. Why use slotted spoon for grapefruit so cannot have juice? Plug in bathroom needed attention-I fixed. Can't buy Daily Telegraph with suscriber vouchers. etc
