Rooms were nice, very modern, clean and the upper floors had decent views.
everything was good location, car park across the road ,ten pounds 24hrs cheap
Reception and concierge staff - checking in processes and obtaining information to support your stay were horrendous and people staying need to know that you will need 30 mins to check in and somthing similar for checking out.
