Our stay was okay, there were some good points (room was well equiped, bathroom is modern) and two aspects to improve. Staff was professional with the above mentioned exception (asking several times for a second set of towels in a doubel room)
The staff was kind and professional, The appearance of the lobby, the lounge and the rooms is good, the location is very good if you like to be in towncentre and in the vicinity of the train station (close to and easy access to London)
Our room was noisy, we had to ask several times for a complete second set of towels although it was a double room.
