I would definitely stay again. I think some of the rooms could be very noisey (on the front) as the hotel is in a very busy place with a lot of traffic. Great location. Near buses and Sloane Square tube.
staff helpful and attentive. A couple of minor problems raised were dealt with promptly and we were given a bottle of red wine to make up. Chelsea bar and brasserie downstairs was very good.
nothing really. Air con was a bit difficult to understand. Other minor probs with the room ( missing bulbs etc) were dealt with quickly. Bed was very comfortable and room clean.
