Really pleased with location, the apartment itself and the price. The only letdown was the customer service/check-in process, but for ��89 and a cracking night in Liverpool it was soon forgotten.
excellent apartment and facilities available
The checking-in process. No reception area as such, two different locations - the actual apartments and one down the street. Having to contact the 'receptionist' on her mobile was a wrench, she didn't seem too fussed. Also, check-in from 2pm, but she told us the woman had been in all morning and was having her dinner, so could we come back in an hour. We had an event to be at by 3pm, so we had to check in after that and leave all the bags in my car, which wasn't ideal.
