We only stayed overnight we came to London to see a show to celabrate our Pearl wedding anniversary.All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, we would have stayed longer if we could.We wont hesitate to book again and to stay longer next time.
Nice rooms great staff
If I had to say something it would not be bad but the lifts took a long time to arrive once the button had been pressed.Also as I booked the hotel early to make sure that we had somewhere to stay over the new year I was dissappointed to find that nearer to the date the tarrif had reduced by approximately ��20 per person, when I rang to ask if I could have the new tarrif I was informed that this was not policy.
