Overall quite comfortable. We booked an executive room which was large, but had the problem of the window which we couldn��t see out of, which at times was unacceptable.
Very friendly staff, very helpful regarding knowledge of the area. Good location, easily accessible from city centre and Lime Street Station where the airport bus arrived into. Excellent breakfasts if you liked cooked breakfasts, otherwise Continental selection was minimal.
Shaver socket did not work, whole bathroom could have done with refurb. At times rather claustrophobic in the room because of the opaque window, which could not be opened, therefore we could not see what the weather was like when we woke and had to wait till we went outside! Lighting was poor in the room.
