Enjoyed stay and was prepared for wedding party as hotel took the trouble to ring me. However if I decided to cancel your cancellation policy i.e holding my money for a year is totally unaceptable - so really had no choice.
Staff/customer service excellent
Room: heated towel rail not working, light in wardrobe broken, blockage in bath outflow.
