I consider the hotel to be too expensive for its standard, and feel I was overcharged just because of the Edinburgh festival

Quiet hotel

Hotel very poor value for money.��200 per night for a twin room onlyNo lift to third and fourth floorBreakfast charges outrageous, considering room rate. ��25 for two bowls of porridge and toast!
