overall this is a pub with a few rooms to hire and it is Very expensive for what it offers its only saving grace is its location but tbh I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone in good concience as there are far superior establishments in St Andrews who will look after you a lot better and for less Money!

I'm Stuggling here but the staff where quite helpfull when asked room was clean but Small

we waited an hour with a young baby in a bar whilst they got the room ready which I thought was poor service they did however tell us they would take care of our bags to let us explore we declined the offer as we had a hungry child to feed and settle they had no Ironing facilities within the room and it took them an hour to locate an iron and ironing board when I called receptionthe reception is at the busy bar area meaning you have to queue with people trying to buy a drink

Wouldn't stay here again

Food was good

Room was very dated and bathroom smelled of damp and definitely not worth what we paid

excellent,next time im back in st andrews i`ll be trying to get booked in again.

very comfortable room,great staff, lovely breakfast and super pint of fosters.
