I had a good night's sleep.

Room/Flat was quiet and well proportioned.

Windows wouldn't close. Air conditioning unit didn't work properly. Bedlinen was stained. I found hairs in my bed although it looked clean. Lights didn't work in the lounge. Shower was either hot or cold and really difficult to adjust. Really annoying (although stated on the internet)check-in procedure needs revising. Needed clear instructions about the road numbering.

Not as I had hoped for.

location

Having not read the very last item of small print on the booking confirmation, I failed to note that you collect the keys from a hotel 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Not good, when I'd booked this room due to location and the amount of baggage I had then to lug around. This information should have been more prominantly displayed, it literally is the last point of the small print- I accept responsibility for not reading it until too late.It would have been good to be able to shut the bedroom door - couldn't because the bed was in the way.

overall very good, good value.

very clean, everything that was needed was provided, good location.

poor tv picture, no remote, stairs a bit tricky

I would stay in this hotel as a last resort, I just felt that what was offered was not value for money

Room was clean and everything worked.

Fairly basic, bad reception on TV, shower was either roasting or cold.
