If the room had met the description on the internet site, I would have been pleased. it was okay as we only needed a bed, however as we travel on business, we expect an "apartment" to have an area to work comfortably - which this room didn't have.

Handy for events we were attending and close to tube, cost effective way to stay for a few nights, if you are looking for something simple. Great if all you want is a bed and a place to leave your bags. Rooms seemed very secure. Friendly staff at the office where you have to collect the keys. Lots of cafes and bars nearby.

the "apartment" was a room, with a small standalone kitchen set into an alcove. Not what was expected, given the photos and description on the internet site. The room smelt of damp, we were on the top floor so may have been because of a previous leak.

Adequate

Hotel was hard to find-small notice on door told us to go up street to get key. Staff spoke little English. Rang next day to say we had left jeans in room-our daughter could collect them if found-still waiting for reply.

very modern room, good design and attention to detail

difficult access with cases, stairs very steep.

We were in London to go to a concert and just needed somewhere to sleep so picked a budget option. We were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was; not that it was the height of luxury but it was definitely comfortable.

The room was clean and smart; everything worked well; the area was nice with several pleasant looking cafes and shops.

The check-in guy (who was randomly 30-odd shops up the street from the hotel!) wasn't particularly smiley. However, he wasn't rude, so not too bad really. There were lots of stairs to climb to get to our room. Not a problem for us but could be for older guests.
