Good but disappointed that the restaurant was not open on Sunday evening

Good bathroom and bedroom with comfortble and clean bedding

When bed side table moved used tissues found proving that the room had not been cleaned properly

Lovely Hotel, very nice and would stay again.

Shower great, the toiletries supplied were excellent, service was great.

A lovely hotel, excellent rooms, ideally situated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room not ready on check-in, at 4pm, but lounge to wait in was very pleasant

Lovely, quiet rooms with a beautiful view of the fountains of Brewery Wharf. Molten Brown Goodies and cosy bathrobes. Champagne and fresh milk in the fridge with home made biscuits replaced faster than we could eat them (and we tried!)Staff were attentive from the mulled wine on arrival to making dinner reservations at the many great restaurants nearby. Brasserie 44 and Chaophraya (Thai) highly recommended.

Laid-back luxury

I would have preferred a room overlooking the canal as opposed to a side street.I was puzzled by a sign in the bathroom saying the tap water is not suitable for drinking. In England in 2007?!I do think the buffet breakfast is overpriced.But the hotel is fine enough as hotels of this nature go.

Excellent central location.

The room was cramped for a couple. Overlooking noisy street - particularly during night. Bathroomlooks a little tired.
