Just a one night stop over then this is ideal, clean and welcoming. Good location for BBC. Just remember to take a drink to your room at night. I travel a lot and expected lots of little things as the norm, but the bed was clean comfortable and I guess for a one night night stay, that's all that matters.

Wonderful welcome, and great location for the BBC (purpose of visit)

No hospitality tray, not even a cup to get a glass of water. Returned late at night around midnight, so obviously no one to ask for some water/drink. The toilet seat was in poor condition but usable. The shower head was held together with cable ties which at the time were broken making a shower fiddly, as was the lock of the door which took us 5 minutes to master. DDidn'tlike having to share a breakfast table (only 3 tables for 11 rooms), and breakfast was very limited, which we expected on booking. Room was in attic, nice but very warm. A cheap fan on the desk would have been welcoming, as would a bottle of water or a cup, or even a kettle.

Not what was booked. Although a friendly proprietor, I was not happy with being taken 3 miles away, trying to get a taxi at night proved very difficult and the whole reason for booking the abbey was it was only a 5 minute walk.

Booked the abbey hotel, due to location to the shepherds bush empire, as I have walking difficulties, I needed to be close by. Upon arrival was taken 3 miles away to east acton to stay in a converted house (now used as a B&B), as I had already paid for the room I had no choice but to agree. I had booked a double room but we were given a twin room, we then had to get a taxi back to east acton in the evening after the concert. Continental breakfast was not included, however we were given a ��5 to spend at the local cafe.

Overall night stay ok. Would use again.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Food simple and good and Laundry Clean. Very Easy to find and very close to train station.

Booked for a double room and got a twin. Bathroom could have done with a bit of a upgrade and also the bedroom could have done with a fresh coat of paint.

We picked the hotel because of it's proximity to an event we wre attending. Finding it was easy, as it's well situated near the tuve station. the hotel itself is clean, neat and tidy. Our room was bright and quiet. The staff were professional and helpful; it's clear that they care about making a 'go' of the hotel. They were attentive and responsive. The breakfast room is cheerful. Overall, we had a very good experience.

The location was superb - tube connection nearby and close to the event we were travelling to attend. the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean, quiet.

There was nothing we disliked about the room or the hotel overall.
