An excellent, reasonably priced, clean, well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the Apollo where we had a concert date and handy for all the shops in Hammersmith. We would definately use this hotel again.

enjoyable. it was a fair price for london and room was in good condition

the hotel was very clean. the room size was ok for the amount of time that we stayed

the satalite tv didn't work in the room and was unable to watch any tv station at all.

Excellent location for our leisure needs

Noisy, equipment outside our patio doors were that of interest to our children ie: trampoline, slides etc. When our children approached the equipment to play they were told by a staff member not to touch, it is my opinion that I should have been told that the equipment was not to be used or there should have been a notice to say this, our children were upset by a stranger instilling disipline.

We were so impressed with our visit we will definately stay there again when we next go to the Apollo. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We love the continental style breakfast and there was plenty of choice. The staff were very nice and helpful and made our stay even nicer with their pleasant attitude. We felt very welcome.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely nice. Especially the young lady who served the breakfast. The hotel is an ideal location for what our visit to the Apollo. The breakfast was lovely and the children also really enjoyed it.
