Cash bar only, no credit cards. Smallest coke I have ever seen - I really didn't know they could make bottles that small. Sharp pricing. Drinking at the 5-star Cardiff St David's Hotel, a place not known for its economy, is cheaper.

location, parking, weather - we came for a wedding held at the hotel and for this the location was glorious and the reception first class

Our room was on the small side for the price and given the promotional build up rather disappointing. Bathroom door did not have space to open easily. Breakfast was a shambles. There was no staff attention at all. We were seated almost in the lap of other guests and had to eat amid their not yet cleared plates and empty cups. Toast was soggy. I couldn't face the bacon. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable.

Good stay

Attentive helpful staff cleanliness

Being asked by a member of staff to tie my 10 month old to a chair with a ribbon during the wedding breakfast as their were no highchairs!!! I also found all the food i was served to be very salty to the point of being inedible this was the opinion of mostpeople who ate during the wedding

Wouldn't stay again and wouldnt recommend it to my friends.

Room was tiny and right next to drop off point. Everytime someone got out of their car during the night and early hours of the morning we were woken up. The shower didnt work properly and flooded the bathroom. There were two bottle of water in the room and tea and coffee, I expected a mini bar with orange juice etc. Our TV didnt work properly either, there were three fuzzy chanels.Not that I had time to watch it but it should have worked. Staff were not overly friendly.

staff extraordinarily polite and helpful. dinner was excellent.
