Excellent room, comfortable bed, perfect air-con. Very helpful staff at reception. Excellent cleaning every day. No bath towel rail in bathroom, i.e towels washed every day - very environmentally unfriendly. Always empty breakfast buffet due to too many people, too little food. Staff couldn't keep up. |

Posted by david (2009-08-13) Excellent hotel in great location. Well positioned hotel. Hotel is very modern. Shame we were only staying one night and therefore didnt have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant or use the pool and sauna which would make this excellent value at the discounted room rate. Staff were friendly on arrival and very helpful. Access to our room was via the escape staircase which hasnt been refurbished and was shabby but this was a minor criticism as the rooms are great with huge plasma tv. |
