The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was of a high standard and great value for money. If visiting Glasgow again I would definately consider using this hotel again.

Reasonably priced hotel

Convenently located and easy parking especially at night time and at weekends.

Noisy customers from nearby pubs.

One of the things that puzzled me was that the rooms were advertised as without breakfast but on booking, I was pleasantly surprised that it stated price included buffet breakfast. This then influenced my choice to go ahead with the booking. The write up was informative enough but it would have helped if it could state that the SECC was within 15 minutes walk etc. It would also help them to advertise their restaurant which serves excellent food for dinner.The general cleanliness within was good and my ensuite bedroom was clean and comfortable. Overall a pleasant hotel and good value for money.

It was comfortable and eventhough I was in a room on the ground floor facing the street, it was quiet and peaceful. It is convenient to the town centre and the SECC was nearby 10 mins walk which was excellent for me.

Nothing within but the outside basement area was a bit cluttered with bits of furniture/wood. Tidying this area up would be nice.

The rooms were clean and nice comfortable bed.The meal at the bistro was excellent as was the breakfast,the staff were helpfull and friendly overall very good value for money.We would recommend you to all our friends.

Good clean large rooms
