no complaints, which is a good thing!

great location; very affordable; clean; couldn't check in early, but they had a luggage room to store our baggage (not secure but we didn't have any problems); decent breakfast (not fancy, but still good)

phone # on hotel website and booking website invalid; window in my room opened onto the ground level, but there was no screen or bars to secure it, so didn't feel comfortable leaving it open overnight (not a big deal, but would have been nice to have fresh air)

Very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends.

This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room we were in was very quiet. It had everything you needed, clean towels, tea and coffee facilities etc. The location was fine, within reasonable distance to the city centre, and the buses frequent.

reasonable cost I would use this hotel again it was a comfortable stay

Beds were clean and heating was good

water pressure on cold tap very low it took ages to fill the kettle, hairs in shower
