Definitely nicer and more spacious than other B&B chains. A relaxing quiet location. Generally a comfortable B&B Lodge!

Clean. Quiet spacious accommodation. Staff very polite, helpful and efficient. Wide choice for breakfast. Fair size carpark. Bus stop at bottom of Close.

Lounge and conservatory cold. Evening Meal perhaps a little expensive and a childs menu would be nice, although do offer halfprice, or would try to meet requests. Charged halfprice for our rooms, which was reasonable for an all in B&B, but full price would certainly expect more luxury, eg bathroom, fridge, more upto date and larger TV and generally expect to be plusher all round, including other facilities/services. Catering offered 24 hours but only upto 21.30 in lounge. Would be nice if could have a nightcap in the lounge area when arriving back after an evening out, instead of in own room.

Great hotel, we would go back.

Great layout of hotel and property. Very beautiful and quiet. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Depending upon what you are looking for not in town.

Not close to town. Breakfast buffet not worth the money but food was tasty. Hotel should provide shuttle service to town and local sites. Showers set off fire alarms on a regular basis.

Beautiful location. Quiet hotel. Good sized rooms. Good value.

The shower kept running hot and then cold !It would be good to have shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

Very pleasant and relaxing; I only wish we had been able to stay longer!

Bailbrook House hotel is very conveniently situated for those approaching Bath from the M4. It is set back from the road and so pleasantly quiet. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are very pleasant. The main building is very attractive. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Overall excellent value for this area.

No real criticisms. We had a little difficulty locating the dining room; possibly signage could be clearer.
