We had a lovely time , the room was very nice an the staff were very helpful.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was comprehensive and very nice.

The shower had not been cleaned properly

One of the best, just a pity we could'nt stay longer!

Lovely four poster room, friendly and helpfull staff, well cooked full english breakfast.Would stay again.

I found the whole experience very positive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would most definitely recommend the Bailbrook to anyone. I particularly liked the nice touch of having Buck's Fizz at breakfast:-)Andrea Lewis

location, aspect

small room; no Sky tv in room despite being advertised; only one set of towels (bath and handtowel); "home made" sausage at breakfast was full of gristle; no cotton slippers despite being advertised!
