We spent as little time at the hotel as possible, because it was so disgusting.

The hotel was relatively close to Victoria underground and rail stations.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! There was no soap, no towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the 3 single beds (we booked a "triple" room) were jammed in the room so tight that there was no room to walk around at all.

I wouuld definetely stay here again, great neighborhood and close to trasnportation around all of London!

Extremely close to Victoria Station and priced low for what I got.

The Hotel Stafff was not always around to answer the door but it was because they had other tasks to complete as well as reception.

Good value for money for people on a small buget, who just look for small, but clean and well kept rooms for a few nights.

This small hotel is very conveniently situated in walking distance from Victoria Station, and the house incl. decorations etc. is well kept and clean.Though the rooms are very small, they are also well kept and clean.Very friendly and helpful staff.

As there are only three bathrooms they are highly frequented in the mornings and evenings. So one or two of them might need a full renovation a bit more often. And note that the breakfast room in the basement is too small, so go there early when the hotel is busy!

coffee ran out for breakfast, finally found it ourselves in a cupboard (couldn't find anyone) over bed lights had no light bulbs, had to request toilet paper which had run out

none

shower and toilets very dirty,carpets not hoovered. windows dirty. hard to find a person on reception.breakfast poor, only toast and cereal. kitchen filthy.
