Huge Rooms and Bath, Friendly Staff

Small Parking sharing with neighborhood, Windows in poor condition, Breakfast not on British Standard, Most of Staff apparently unexpierenced eastern-europeans

Alright for the price.

Lovely view from room, no external noise. Clean room. Central location.

No working bedside lamp in room. Took more than 24 hours and 6 individual contacts to staff to get it fixed. No information when booking on payment procedure (upon check-in, 2% on creditcard). Hole in netcurtain. Tieback fallen out of wall and on floor when checking in and throughout stay. Wardrobe not able to close properly. No designated news channel. Staff very uneven in terms of helpfulness.Breakfast room too small. Staff non-attentive. Ordering of cooked breakfast the day before giving no flexibility - also, only information about price and ordering given, no info on what 'cooked breakfast' actually consist of.

Very good - I just felt ��70 per night was a bit dear for the room - though it's excellent location did not make it excessively so

Location, Accessibility, Attention & friendliness of Staff, Comfortable bed, Proximity to shops and restaurants

Some light fixtures in bathroom did not work, cooked breakfast not great

Overall the hotel was in a very good location for exploring EdinburghIt provided an adequate stop over place

The staff were helpful and polite and welcoming, some more than others

The ensuite room was very small and uncomfortable to use the toilet.The net curtains were black with dirt at the bottom of themThe pillows were very hard and uncomfortableThere was no bedside light although we we asked one was produced.The front of the hotel was very noisy
