very good stay will come back again

staff very friendly, very very clean room ex; the food was very good & clean

the only bad points b+b on corner which made it hard to drop off your cases, our room was right at the top so there are so many stairs to climb,

Pleasant, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Well appointed rooms.

Some hotel etiquette needs work, towels in bath means fresh towels required please not that the used ones merely need folding. Bed covers need more thorough check, not just turning down.

Really enjoyed the hotel, clean and light surroundings, lovely breakfast and helpful staff - Would stay again!

I was getting married at 16:00 on the arrival day, they allowed us full access to the hotel and we had our key by 12.30 - very helpful!

Can be quite noisy due to passing drinkers and near by pubs in the early hours but this is to be expected when staying in a seaside resort hotel which is close to the town centre.
