We enjoyed our stay here. Any niggles were very minor. The location is good & the Pub not too noisy.

Room clean & reasonable size; serviced every day Hotel homely. Breakfasts good. Restaurant staff charming and helpful

Decs a bit shabby; could have done with a coat of paint in the corridors. Struggled getting suitcases up the stairs. Asked for a twin bedded room, but got a double bed

Very good service, and the hotel served excellent food until 10pm each night. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed.

Cold water in shower at peak pre-breakfast time. Bathroom suite clean but needs refurbishment.

We would stay again but would ask for a first floor room in main building and would point out at the time of serving if there was anything wrong with our food - we should have done this during this visit we are sure you would have rectified the problems.

Room 3 superb shower/comfortable bed/clean fresh linen/we would choose this room again or one front facing but would not like to be on ground floor overlooking car park

meals: scampi not up to standard/the roast beef dinner didn't have a yorkshire pudding/the 'warm' trout on the good salad was cold.
