Hotel could do with more facilities

Clean and comfortable once the weather got cooler

Bad area of town and very noisy at night outside. Arrived in heat wave and directed to lounge with no air con and no drinks service. System had broken down so had to wait a long time for a room - again much too hot with no air conditioning. Fan eventually helped. Breakfast adequate but not good.

a very relaxing stay.

very clean,i am a cleaning supervisor myself,and did my own audit on our room ,it was cleaned to a very good standard.

no bad points.

Adequate.

price was reasonable. location convenient

Bed collapsed. I was moved to another room, but toilet seat was missing (replaced promptly when I pointed this out). Quite happy to use toiletries from large bottles, but second room provided no shampoo and staff told me liquid soap was the same - not convinced! A lot of noise in the early hours every morning from clubbers leaving the club down the road - nothing the hotel can do about this, I know.

not a warm welcome would go else where next time ...

close to centre and spacious rooms not much else to offer.

dirty bathrooms, offered on site parking for free at hotel on the internet when arrived told to go to multi-storey car park and pay ��1o.50. We also payed for room on internet which we then got asked for the payment on arrival again a total nightmare we did not expect this we only had enough money on us for the night out when questioned there was no help we just had to pay .look into prices and parking before booking on the internet.

never told by the staff about parking fascillities and discounted rate available to hotel guests better to advice it on website
