Posted by Kelly (2009-08-22) enjoyable stay in York, but have had better value for money . very helpful staff. Nice breakfasts and main areas. badly lit dowdy accommodation in an annexe with no lift and two flights of stairs to bring luggage up. Hair dryer not working. |

Posted by Paul (2009-07-27) Probably won't book at that particular hotel again. Loayout of Hotel foyer / Breakfast excellent / reception staff very friendly. Poor hotel room - badly needed redecoration - the bed was in a very poor state of repair - traffci noise very evident. |

Posted by julie (2009-06-30) this was our third stay in this hotel and the service just gets better, the staff are always very helpful and we can`t wait to go back next year. very clean, very helpful and polite staff, great location 5 minutes away from centre.
