Clean, fresh, modern.

I couldn't keep a key to the underground car par during my stay, which meant I had to keep going all the way to reception to collect it and give it back.

Reception staff pleasant; apartment spacvious and comfo0rtable.

Poor ventilation. Fan broken, and lights in bathroom too dim. Staff refused to provide a wake up call.

Clean, comfortable.Welcome pack a pleasant treat - Although was not made clear if it was complimentary so dared not used many things from it - just the essentials!

Wine - very expensiveTake away food - rubbish!Living Room and Bedroom - very cold (no heater or heater not working)Noise from the extractor fan near the bedroomBad experience with another guest blocking entrance to my car - staff did not or could not help - wasted 1/2hr and was late for a business meeting!Staff could not give helpful directions to the apartment - wasted 1/2 looking for the place.

we thought this was a terrific place to stay, very good value, close to the city centre. Would highly recommend it and will be staying in future if our duaghter comes to the university.

Lovely apartment, well appointed. Car parking on site. Excellent situation close to university, which we were visiting, and the city centre. This was excellent value for money.

Only thing which could have been better was the signposting to the place. We drove past it, round it and then went to the office where we were directed to reception!

We will be very happy to visit again

Everything very clean

Location late at night could be a worry returning to base.
