Excellent weekend break and would stay again. Perfect location & very friendly service.

Overall excellent friendly service, excellent breakfast and first class service. Highly recommended!

probably the best cooked breafast rooms spacious and felt 'at home'

proprietor always attentive even giving us a lift into Newmarket

Not great, would not recommend this hotel unless there was serious attitude adjustment, and renovation to the hotel and room

The Location of the hotel, is within walking distance of the high st., and the morning you can see the horses going past to go to the gallops in the morning. Warm.

Smell of stale water in reception, and smell of dirty cooking oil in dining area. Hostess Julie made us feel very uncomfortable while dining, toast was cold and forgotten about! There was even a note on the menu not to over order - I have stayed in various accomodation - this 'advice' was a first!
