Good - we were there for a wedding and all the arrangements went like clockwork.The staff made every effort to make the day special.

Friendly staff, general cleanliness

Would have expected breakfast to be included - even if only continental.

Good and should we participate in the Norfolk show next year we will definately book this hotel again

Although we only stayed 1 night the hospitality from the staff was good the rooms were of a good clean standard and the room rate was value for money

Norfolk has some good local beers so I was dissapointed that there were no real ales on sale. I was led to believe that the Bar manager had let stocks run down.

good but not at 130 pound per night, plus having to get a taxi in to the city, and food very expensive

Absolutely fantastic! Great staff, food, facilities and rooms. There was a wedding on both evenings of our atay and this did not interfere with our stay or the level of service that was provided. Can't wait to go back!
