Posted by Anonymous (2009-06-14) We had specific requirements for convenience -these were met Lift worked.Hotel facilities were satisfactory. Staff polite and helpful. Rather soulless. Service in the restaurant in evening was much too slow but staff responded to our complaint on the spot |

The main issue I want to bring to your attention is that the hotel had no record of my booking when I arrived. Luckily they had a room available and I was able to stay, but it could have put me to considerable inconvenience if they had not had a room. |

Posted by Gwendoline (2009-05-10) Very pleasant Very pleasant and helpful staff. Tidy and clean Poor lighting in the room, not helped by the very small window with no view.Shower head mounted too low on the wall which meant i could not stand properly underneath it. |
