clean room, lovely breakfast, very caring staff

Room situated across from main entrance. Very noisy overnight, guests coming and going. Last guests entered hotel complex at 03.40am!

nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff ,would return but without a breakfast ,hotel could of been wee bit closer 2 men arena. beware taxis can be expensive last thing on a night but overall pleased with stay,,

very clean,,staff freindly and helpful

the breakfasts werent up to much ,didnt looked cooked and cold ,,

The hotel was a little bit further out of the city that first though so if we do go to Manchester again we would probably go for a hotel that is closer. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.

would have like to have known that smoking was aloud in rooms, would have been like to have been told that reception is not manded 24 hours so that we could not report the banging on bedroom wall that lasted a good 20 minutes.would visit again but would ask to be in a non smoking room AGAIN!!

the room smelt really bad of smoke after we asked to have a no smoking room. other guests were very loud banging on out room wall waking us up at 3.30am
