Room was quiet and furnished to a high standard. Small for a double.

Overall good

Central location, staff very helpful, evening meal very good,pleasant environment.

Initial room allocated was in a poor location in Buckinham Wing. Dreadful view onto roof strewn with rubbish and great deal of noise from air con units.Upgraded to 424 excellent room but only downside was a lot of noise from nightclub at rear of hotel.

excellent staff, very comfortable, safe, central position, i will definitely stay again and recommend highly

every time I left my room, my keycard didn't work on my return .. so I had to keep getting it rekeyed at reception.

Clean, good size room

The shower was poor / took ages to get hot water and was not very powerful

The hotel is well located for all of the central sites. Given its location it was very quiet.

Quality of the rooms and the general presentation of the Hotel was excellent.
