Decent sized room - but make sure you go for the large studio as the small studio is very small.

Requested extra bed was not available on check-in but they sorted it out promptly and professionally.

was okay for a night, but we wouldn't go back

inexpensive compared to other comparable hotels, good powerful shower

very uncomfortable beds, noisy at night and early morning

Very pleased with all facilities and treatment from staff.

Very nice area. Very convenient for transport. Good accommodation withfacilities to eat in our own apartment

Just that when we tried to use two electric hobs, we fused all the electricitysupply. As this was in the evening, nothing could be done to enable us to usethe two hobs.

Overall experience was good, I think a little more room on the stairwell and we would have been able to take our suitcases upstairs

Location is good, near to some restaurants and shopping places also transportation

Cleaning was not done and when i inquired i was told it was an apartment, but I think we should have been asked if we needed clean towels, etc.

Very good, well positioned, generally well kitted out, good value for money. Close to transport links. The apartment was more cost effective than a B&B as we could prepare our own food. It also gave us somewhere to relax in the evenings. Excellent position, near lovely deli, take aways, museums & Hyde Park.
