Location, facilities and 'usability' excellent. Pity they let themselves down a bit with the electrics but overall v pleased.

Excellent location, very good room structure (with lounge & kichen - v useful for having a drink/meals together), well equiped, parking v useful. Good value for 2 couples (executive suite)

General problem with electrics - lights not working, towel rail, sockets. Light hanging from lounge area - let them down overall.

Having never heard of it before and finding it by accident - excellent facility for attending any function in Birmingham Centre

Good, clean efficient service from staff and all facilities

Bit confusing on where/how to get to the reception.

We travelled to Birmingham from Wales to see the Celine Dion concert at the NIA, we chose city nites as it was close to the NIA, we didn't realise how close and easy the NIA was to access from the accomodation, so the location is excellent, having a party of 4 adults the two bedroomed aprtment was more than adequate for our needs, and was ligt and airy, with a well equipped kitchen. We requested car parking at additional cost (��10.00) and woud recommend this to everyone as the carpark is very secure so the car was left without any worries at all. Our overall experience of City Nites was excelelnt and would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to have a city break in Birmingham.

The Apartment was light and roommy, with mode4rn facilities and spotlessly clean, within easy access of the NIA (about 100metres away). Checkin was easy and the secure car parking highly recommended for the price.

Not a very good selection of programmes available on the Television
