Staff helpful and made to feel welcome. Would not pay full price to stay at this hotel as rooms very tired. but at reduced price paid would stay again and not take any meals.

Room clean and a good size with comfortable bed

Room needs an update Food and drink poor value.

Six of my family stayed at the Hotel in four rooms on a Friday night, and all of us thought it exelent value for money, in fact some of us decided to extend our stay to Saterday night as well. The hotel is a little of the beaten track, but is in my veiw all the better for that. All of the staff were smiling and realy went out of thier way to be of assistance good job! Only criticism is that the evening resturant food was not quite to the standard that we had expected.

The staff were very, bright, helpfull and friendly. The view from the bedrooms over the lake was great. Breakfast was good quality. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Showers were a bit weak. Corridors a little gloomy in some places. Lifts were not easy to find. Evening meal standard was OK but should, and could, have been better.

room upgraded to a suite

no air con. some areas of hotel needed maintaining and cleaning
