Apart from the above bad points, it was generally a nice place to stay, and as value is very important to me I thought that the price was a definite bonus!

Very comfortable room and bed, very clean, reasonable price and good location

Staff not very welcoming, and check in wasn't that straight forward - receptionist was confused over what reservation we had.Breakfast was so basic - I was expecting to have a cooked breakfast, but if not that then at least a bit more on offer in the way of a continental breakfast. There should have been a range of fruit juice, fruit, yoghurts, a choice of cereals, croissants, and higher quality tea and coffee. I found the breakfast very disappointing and it would put me off recommending the hotel to others.

Good.

Room clean and fresh.

Window had to be left open all night for fresh air, but, although room faced to rear, noise of passing traffic all night long still made sleeping difficult at first. Would take earplugs next time. If bedside electric fan were provided, would have allowed us to close window,to keep out traffic noise, perhaps !

room is clean,service is good

a bit noisy because of traffic out of the window.The room is a bit small but enough for one single person, though I lived in a double room.

Despite above comments I was impressed with the bright clean environment and the value for money, I would stay there again.

large very clean room with very comfortable bed, flat screen tv the room had a safe and fridge

lack of information given on check in eg not informed where breakfast served we had to ask. We were not aware of the fridge until the next am as not given enough information about the room. The stairs outside the room had no carpet and therefore there was some noise as other guests 'clattered' up the stairs.

Excellent value for money.

Refurbished to a high standard with very friendly staff.

I was a lone female guest and the location lent itself to an early evening walk in the daylight, but I would not say it was suitable later than that.

Great location,FULL English breakfast would have been nice..
