Hotel staff were friendly

there were hairs in the bed and the room was next to the bathroom which was very noisy

From the comments above, we do realise that this couple probably had not been in situ for any length of time so although the room was rather shabby and in need of some TLC the beds were comfortable and clean. Mark and Emily are very nice people and hope they can make this hotel a profitable concern because they work extremely hard at making people welcome.

Host and hostess were friendly with a good general banter. The food was also extremely good and the kitchens were kept well.

Cleanliness of the room and toilet facilities needs considerable attention by staff. The skirting in the bathroom under the radiator in particular was black and nobody thought to clean in the corners around the shower and the loo pedestal.

staff made us very welcome, rooms were good, good parking facilities & excellent food. Would stay again.
