friendly staff,clean rooms,good menu for meals,stunning views,if out that way again will stop there, would also reccomend it.

the hotel staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble to them, fantastic views from bedroom, walk in shower was great, tea/coffee in room + complementary shower/shampoo which is a bonus.

breakfast,had no seperate milk jugs per table, so when you wanted milk for your tea/coffee you had to go to the cereal table to use that milk. no hardship though, a spoon of bakedbeans would have been nice.

Poor. We were unable to sleep on the bed and left after trying to sleep and were able to find a room at a local Travelodge. I suppose on reflection I should have realised that the price was too low and one gets what one pays for

The only good point was that the wardrobe and dressing table were new and clean.

Slight nasty smell in bathroom and black bathroom tiles were smeared and wanted a good cleaning. The bedding was clean but very tired looking. No mattress cover and bed extremely uncomfortable, one could feel the springs.
