Horrible - would not return

Near DLR

Charged for use of room safe, toilet door poorly repair, paid for 'superior' room - what a joke!!! Think I was biten by bed bugs.

Very impressed with the hotel in general and its bar and restaurant/cafe. All good value for money, especially in the London area! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone. Close to tube and bus links to the City, the O2 and London City Airport.

High standard of cleanliness and excellent value food in the bar/restaurant and cafe. Just opposite tube station and bus stops.
