Peter was amazing!

The only negative experience we had was transportation to and from the main city Edinburgh. The private-hire cab service that is recommended by the hotel, denied us a late night ride around midnight back to the hotel, because they were too busy. Any hotel that is aspiring to be 5 stars needs a better recommendation or transportation service themselves.

great place to stay - would highly recommend to anyone

our room, breakfast, the staff and the hydro-pool

road in hotel grounds, could have been clearer there was an additional charge for the hydro pool

I was well received; felt cared for and had a thoroughly relaxing stay.

This is the first hotel in the past year that I can say that it was truly excellent. It is my intention to return with my wife for our anniversary in September.

excellent staff

no hot water in shower but the cost was amended as a result
