The hotellier request CASH when I booked in.The rooms had a frideg that needed difrosting and the toasted was on a shelf in a vunerable fire hazard position, the beds were with broken slats and a piece of timber to hold the centre up and the floor under the beds was dirty had not been cleaned for months, generally as a Chartered Surveyor the environmental health dept would make a field day visiting the premises, legally as a chartered surveyor the hotel did not comply with fire percautions means of escape and should be refurbished.If you are going to promote hotels in London maybe its an idea to visit them before you recommend them and not lead clients to a Hotel of this nature.

There were no good points relating to the Hotel

The bathroom was shared and distgusting, flooring broken with floor boards visible,the bath noone used as it was distgusting with white sealer all over the edges, no seal, no towels in bathroom, toilet roll holder broken, generally very very poor.

Ok if you are desperate and want to be close to things but only do one night

Easy to find and easy access to entertainment and town.

We could not shut the window when we went out so had to take things with us. It was not made clear that breakfast was do it yourself in the room and had to sit on bed to eat it. No towels. Nowhere to hang clothing. Awake at 5pm with noise not sure what it was. Sounded like someone having a shower constantly and blind was useless so to bright in the room.

Not pleasant

Available parking and close to the tube. Quaint town

We had to wait past the check in time to get into our room. The bed was all springs and the carpet and lamps were filthy. The coffee maker did not work. The bathroom was discusting.It was noisy and the breakfast was Cereal and a piece of white bread. We did not eat it. We had to ask for towels as they forgot to put them in the room.
