Pleasant stay, but rooms and bed too small, therefore I will not come back

helpfull staffstaff changed my room for a bigger one (for disable people, but bed still to small/short)Clean, neat rooms and hotelGood breakfast

As we were on business we checked in late and had to leave at 5.30a.m.We would have liked some sort of refreshment ( tea or coffee)as we did pay for bed and breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay will definately be returning to hotel when next visiting London and would recommend to friends.

Felt welcome and at ease on arrival. Room small but fresh and clean. Kettle not working and when reported it was replaced within 1/2 hour. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to underground and station nearby.

Hotel was all right for a couple of nights, as there was not much storage for your clothes. Nowhere to put your toilet bag contents in the shower room. A stool at the dressing table would have been nice to do one's hair. Hair drier was included, which saves you having to take one. We were in a room which had the fire doors on the otherside of the wall, this door was consistently banging through the night. Bed was comfortable enough.

It was clean

The room was very small and the showerroom was adequate but very small. We prefer a room to have a couple of chairs for reading etc.
