overall good standard of accomadation with friendly staff.

friendly helpful staff, easy layout of room and pleasent views over the waterfront.

the main bad point is the excessive prices for drinks. A few friends had arranged to meet us there but felt they couldn't really relax due to keeping a tight watch on what they spent.

Good clean comfortable hotel

Excellent location

Children should not be allowed to wander around the hotel unsupervised after 10.00

Breakfast was a "scrum" and hard to find a seat!

would stay again. value for money

Good location, easy to find. Room good size and good view over quays.

Only one person on check in and massive queue. No rooms available so had to wait until after 2.00 pm to check in. Breakfast in the morning was a bit manic - so many people trying to get in a very small room.
