hopefully, the room facility can be changed.

the reception is very good. the room is good.

the breakfast is no variety. my sofabed is terrible.

ENJOYED THE STAY HAVE ALSO STAYED AT THE ONE AT THE RACE COURSE IN CHESTER ON 9/11/08 AND ENJOYED THAT. TRIED UNSUCESSFULLY TO JOIN PRIORITY CLUB FOR FREE NIGHTS STAY BUT COULDNT REGISTER EITHER AT HOTEL OR ON INTERNET

good location, nice rooms, friendly staff.

EXTORTIONATE BAR PRICES ��5.00 PLUS FOR A GLASS OF WINE IS REALLY EXPENSIVE COULD HAVE A BOTTLE FOR LESS IN YATES OR LLOYDS IN THE CITY CENTRE!

i would stay at this hotel again because its near the shops and the metro arena

i found the service excellent and the room was clean and tidy
