reception staff were very helpful. First date room did not get cleaned and booked a family room for four but was given a room with a double bed and a small sofa bed. |

air conditioning not as good in my room (313) as in my travelling companions room (215). no plain yoghurt for breakfast. fruit provison inadequate. |
